Stivers Design LLC is a fully insured general contracting company based in Warren, Ohio. We specialize in residential and light commercial construction, from new builds and demolition to full-scale remodels, additions, concrete work, and everything in between.

Stivers Design LLC is organized as an S-Corporation in the state of Ohio. We carry full general liability insurance and handle all necessary permitting for every project we take on. Our focus has always been on doing quality work at fair prices — no cutting corners, no inflated change orders, no games.
